Your Book Adventure: Inventory Bookmark Workshop

This participatory workshop invites visitors to create their own inventory bookmark and book index before beginning their journey through the book fair. Guided by the artist, participants explore the kinds of books, stories, and sentences they hope to discover during the day, and create small illustrated book items inspired by their emotions and expectations. Designed for the opening hours of the event, the program captures the excitement and anticipation of beginning a new literary adventure. What kind of book will find its place in your inventory?

Drawing Workshop: The Friend on My Shoulder, Giving a Hug

We invite you to a special moment of drawing with the author, where you will embrace your "dark friend"—the Leopard—along with your own persona animal. This is a healing journey of self-acceptance, where the book’s message comes to life through both words and art. We shift the gaze from seeing trauma as something to "get over," to seeing it as a natural part of our story. Come and rediscover the deeper meaning of the work through the author’s own voice and the creative process of drawing.

Wandering Steps: Moments of Love with Jaesoo

We invite you to a special program celebrating the release of It Was Beautiful After I Drew It, the new book by artist Jaesoo and a featured selection for “Summer, First Book.” At what moments in your daily life do you feel love? Perhaps it is the scent of the season carried by spring flowers blooming along a wall—precious moments where the meaning of life is etched into time. In this workshop, we will explore the “Moments of Love” the artist discovered while drawing aimlessly. Following a book talk, participants will engage in a “Creative Sketch” session. You will draw and write your own stories on small canvases, which will be joined together to connect our individual scenes. Come and listen to the whispers of the “Love Walk”, a collective masterpiece woven through serendipitous connections. Join us as we transform our ordinary days into a shared walk of affection.
